An Italian-Inspired Easter Centerpiece

For our first-ever Easter pre-order, we wanted to create something truly special—rooted in tradition, elevated by design. This cake is the perfect centerpiece for Easter or any other spring celebration.

We start with a rich Spanish olive oil base, infused with blood orange–soaked carrots, star anise, cinnamon, and orange zest. It’s a nod to Italian Easter desserts and the fleeting beauty of citrus season.

We decorated the top with a vibrant composition: vanilla bean and blood orange–carrot buttercreams, pools of citrus-carrot gel, confit heirloom carrots, crisp carrot and citrus chips, and beautifully edible flowers.

This pre-order is pickup only and ends 4/15/25 at 7am. Pick up is 4/19 at the Corvus Coffee location in Littleton, CO from 7am-6:30pm.
